Located on beautiful Wanda Beach, Bootcamp is a fun, fast, social training environment that is a proven way to lose weight, tone up and get fit!

The military style training environment is motivational and will help you achieve your personal goals in no time!

Training Information:

* Runs 6am-7am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

* 3 mornings per week for one month.

* Suitable for all fitness levels.
